According to Britney fansite BreatheHeavy.com, the singer announced her partnership with the NCCF on November 6, which is the same day that the city of Vegas named “Britney Day” and gave the singer a key to the Vegas strip.
“We are thrilled that Britney Spears has chosen to partner with the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation with the support of Tony Hsieh and Zappos,” said NCCF President and CEO Jeff Gordon. “Britney brings with her so much passion for our cause and we feel privileged and honored to have her in our community and now as a part of the NCCF Family.”
Tickets to the event cost $250 for two, and only 200 are available. The official press release for the event — which has been named “Wild Night at the Zoo” — states that professional filming and photography will likely take place in coordination with an appearance by Britney but that buying a ticket does not guarantee access to the star.
