Kesha

Kesha will end her no-performance streak next week

Without being able to release new music yet, Kesha’s had to find other ways to make headlines this year from stunning fashion to cat videos. That being said, the “Crazy Kids” singer will return to the stage for a special event on April 16.

Kesha will perform at the 9th annual Delete Blood Cancer Gala on April 16 in New York City, hosted by Randy Jackson and project co-founder Katharina Harf.

“I am honored to be working with the awesome people at Delete Blood Cancer and performing at the gala. They work every day to save lives and keep the hopes of families and communities lifted,” Kesha said in a press release for the event. “Everyone who is a part of this evening is so inspiring and I feel fortunate to be a part of it.”

The Delete Blood Cancer Gala encourages Americans to learn about bone marrow donation. The event will include introducing a donor to the patient whose life he or she saved by donating bone marrow.

As far as what Kesha will sing, our guess is as good as yours! Many events like this one show our favorite artists covering influential songs by their own favorites, but wouldn’t “Love Into The Light” fit perfectly? Let us know what you’d like to see her perform in the comments!
