Fresh off of adding three more cast members to its growing list of stars, the upcoming HBO series The Penguin is set to add Theo Rossi in a starring role. According to a new report from Deadline, Rossi has been tapped to appear in the series in a “key recurring role” alongside Colin Farrell (who is reprising his role as Oswald “The Penguin” Cobblepot from The Batman) and Cristin Milioti in the upcoming The Batman spin-off. Details about Rossi’s character are currently unknown.
